Stephanie’s Story

Stephanie is life-long Mississippian, Rankin County native, mother of two and proud Army wife. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Communications and Human Resources.

After college, Stephanie married her high school sweetheart and headed to Memphis, where she landed her first job with Randstad International. There she found her career passion in the staffing industry. She joined PSG in April 2009 as a Senior Specialty Recruiter. As PSG grew, so did Stephanie. She is now the Staffing Services Director.

Stephanie’s Role

Stephanie oversees all facets of temp, temp-to-hire, and local direct hire services. Her duties include supervision of administrative staff and recruiters as well as business development for her division. Stephanie’s HR degree is put to use every day as she ensures policies and procedures are followed according to the law and PSG’s standards.

Stephanie’s strong suit is nurturing relationships with candidates and clients. Her key to success it to always meet with a client, learn about their work, their objectives and the environment. Equally important to Stephanie is doing what is best for the candidate.  She makes time for them and  listens attentively.  However, she also coaches with care-filled candor, helping them put their best foot forward.

My end objective”, says Stephanie, “is to measure up to PSG’s well earned reputation for integrity and to have employers and job-seekers think of PSG first for their employment needs.”
