HR/Payroll Assistant

If you have HR as well as Payroll and Accounting experience, we may have just the job for you! Our client is a healthcare provider who is looking for the perfect fit on their HR Team.
Having your HR and Payroll/Accounting experience within a healthcare setting would be ideal, but is not a requirement.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Quickbooks
- Previous experience with Bookkeeping, Payroll, Payroll Taxes and Payroll reports
- High School Diploma minimum, some college a plus or relevant AA degree
- Minimum 2 years experience with HR and payroll/accounting related duties
- Attention to detail
- Keep up with all payments in a timely manner
- Accounts Payable, using billing software
- End of the month reconciliation
- Process employee forms and paperwork for new hires and existing employees in online system
- Run background checks and set up drug screens
