Do you love numbers, details, and  helping people?

If you have HR as well as Payroll and Accounting experience, we may have just the job for you! Our client is a healthcare provider who is looking for the perfect fit on their HR Team.

Having your HR and Payroll/Accounting experience within a healthcare setting would be ideal, but is not a requirement.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Previous experience with Bookkeeping, Payroll, Payroll Taxes and Payroll reports
  • High School Diploma minimum, some college a plus or relevant AA degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience with HR and payroll/accounting related duties
  • Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
  • Keep up with all payments in a timely manner
  • Accounts Payable, using billing software
  • End of the month reconciliation
  • Process employee forms and paperwork for new hires and existing employees in online system
  • Run background checks and set up drug screens

Skills:

  • Professional spoken and written communication ability
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
